J Crew Cotton Skirt

This is a blue print J Crew Skirt in a size small. It has two pockets and an elastic waistband. It is lined in a navy cotton(see picture). I believe this to be all cotton although the tag does not indicate the fabric type. From the waist band to hem in measures 15 1/2”.
