Authentic Vintage Velour Rhinestone Cotillion French Hat

Destashing this hat from a collection I obtained over 25 years ago from my best friend's Great Aunt Fawny. They all belong to the 1950s and 60s; please watch my closet for like items! this is very petite; marked "22" for size. In very good condition for a vintage piece! Made in France.
