flr4fashn Yes, 15 1/2 inches. I've attached a picture of the measurement. I'm not a seamstress but straight across, lying flat is how I measured. Thanks for asking!

flr4fashn Shoot, I'm not able to add a picture for some reason. I'll keep trying but it was a picture of the shorts with the measuring tape at 15.5 inches.
