@flutter_buys yes! My hubby & son leave June 1st & I stay behind to sell home if it hasn’t already sold. My mother is not doing very well her memory is fading fast. She doesn’t really know me by name but isn’t afraid of me. She remembers my son tho! I guess all my gray hair confuses her lol! If our home doesn’t sell -we will be in a bind. @cicherry thank u! 🤗I’m nervous that my guys will be gone! And then worry more for my 87 yr old mother to my brother takes care of her he relies on me for breaks etc. I’m praying it will all work out. I’m still struggling w pain esp the burning feet.😕 maybe a new Dr will help me rather than just give me pain pills I don’t like or want. Think I should try the sulfur 1m for another 30 days? Thank u for 🙏🏼 & for caring! U are very special lady & I appreciate you so much!🌻🌻🌻♥️

@grace4d I’m hanging in there. I have had a lot of Dental work done recently because I finally got dental insurance. It is making my TMJ and my migraines go crazy. @lhaag721 I’ve been overwhelmed for weeks. The house sold so fast I wasn’t ready for that. Buyers want a lot fixed but we were planning to do them anyway..😀

@grace4d I bet it sold fast. My Mom does Real Estate and says that there is not enough houses listed for sale compared to all the buyers looking for houses. My sister’s house sold in under 48 hrs. She had 29 inquiries the first day to see it. She ended up with an all cash offer well above the asking price.

She had been getting rid of stuff for months before they put it up for sale. She downsized big time so, there was a ton of stuff to get rid of. They filled up a dumpster 3 times!

@lhaag721 wow! That’s a lot of stuff! it took me 2 weeks to get ready but I just hid everything in boxes in the garage lol. We don’t have a house yet. We will stay in a travel trailer until we find something. Brother-in-law is helping us this way so we aren’t rushed to buy just anything. The market is generally slower here & we had only 2 offers. we are thankful to get something back bc we were upside down for years. I just wish my mom would come with us after we get a house.

@lhaag721 she says she’ll never leave the home she shared w my step dad for 40 years. They had a good life together so I understand & my brother lives with her so she’ll be ok just will miss her & Vice versa!

@grace4d I completely understand. My Mom stayed in our house for about 5 years after my Dad passed but, it was a lot of upkeep and it was expensive to run.

@flutter_buys I’ve been to Atlanta City for a convention years ago & Mississippi where mother is from. I’m not sure I’ll like humidity but I’ll love the fall. I wish mother would come w/me. She’s mad at me she won’t talk to me- feels like I’m abandoning her.. at this point the fog is lifting & her logic will return soon. I’ve an entire garage to sort & box up b4 we move. @grace4d I hear you on the struggle! I’ve lost two friends, two jobs, and one sane brain in 12 months. I’m a lawyer, but I think I’m done with that lol - I’m broke in Manhattan, but Poshing is the most fun I’ve had in years. A 14-hour day in a law office is terrible - a 14-hour day Poshing is incredibly satisfying and (mostly) fun 😂 I’m gonna make this work!
