Sure enough, on one of my first sales, a pricey necklace was “sent broken.” Thankfully, I had video of the product and packaging and won my case. This was one of the top tips that I’ve picked up but some advice that I’ve learned…post measurements (because you will have to measure at some point anyway), be clear and concise in descriptions, share your closet, and ship quickly. One other word of advice…try and list items consistently…I fail at this miserably when I’m slammed with work (which has been frequently lately.). I have a couple weeks of calm coming up which should enable me to get items up.

As for the boutique question, there is a way to have both boutique and “regular” listings as boutique listings are labeled as such. As to how to do that…I don’t know but I would try the search in Poshmark off of a PC/Mac rather than the app and you should have the answer.

lyse6690 Omg this is crazy. This recently happened to me. I can’t believe the lengths people will go to when it doesn’t fit to get their money back. It’s so sad. I had a women rip the inside of the dress and say it was sent that way. I had to eat the return and can’t resell the dress. I paid 109 for the dress. I’m so mad. Can I copy this picture? It is said so perfectly without sounding rude. I hate that we have to do things like this now.

pinkniqque @willowisposh I have always recorded I dont even know what made me do it but always do. Its just in case. I had someone open a case the other day that it was NOT AUTHENTIC. so we were talking on the case for posh to see and I was like im really upset, its still in the factory bags. She was like well it says in an 2XL and it fits like a large so i cant accept this... well i had full measurements in the description and a photo of the brands measurements LOL

I love sharing important things with PFFs - so POSH states this is nowhere to be found on the website , blog etc. however, i know a girl who has hundreds of thousands of followers on youtube and she sells on here. She got scammed. long story short - she ordered a dress, got a empty bag, posh-sided with her. 3 days later she got an email from gucci saying thank you for your purchase and it had a receipt for a $3,750 pair of shoes..........

pinkniqque @willowisposh worst customer service but 3 hrs later they obviously refunded her/ the whole point of her sharing this is that she went back to look at the name of the seller who didnt send her the dress because she felt it was to much of a coincidence NOT to be realted. Well, the name was like shne12345666 and she looked the name of and of course there were 7-8 accounts brand new with a VERY similar name and just ONE listing of the brand dress she bought and never got.

pinkniqque posh never told anyone that what they do is for brand new closets they have 24hrs to decide to cancel an order. so what these scammers will do is continue to make new accounts so they get that 24hr slide after the package has been shipped then send back an empty box. NO CLUE how they got her bank information but you know how crazy this world is now it could have been some insane hacker lol
