ABS Collection White Floral Tie-front Dress

ABS Collection. Says Size 2 but I am a 4-6 and it fits me fine, even a little big. I labeled Small in the description. Bell sleeve falls below the elbow. Gathered Tuesday front helps create shape. Skirt gathers as well to cascade down the center. Really pretty drape. Pics don’t do it justice. 36” shoulder to hem 14.5” pit to pit. BUT there is a lot of material. I am 38” chest and fits me fine. Top is blousy.
