Handmade Psychobilly Punk Stripey Neon Shirt Heart

I bought this 10+ years ago by a handmade DIY clothing seller on Ebay (theturtlemaggie, I think). The neon green is so loud! 3 adorable heart shaped buttons at bust. Seams serged to last and edges professionally finished. Fits US Ladies XS. Preloved condition with no noticeable stains, holes, or odors. I have a cat, so you may notice a few stray hairs, but I'll do my best to remove them all before shipping.
