redreadretale @snapuponline juniors is a slim cut compared to adult women’s- its the equivalent of a petite cut for adults. But if you’re under 30 your hips haven’t reached their full adult width yet.

redreadretale I think your rule of thumb is a pretty good one. i looked it up & juniors/misses sizing is for average height 5'4" straight body. Womens' for average height 5'6"-curvey/hips. & women's petite is like misses/junior. makes sense. Those were cool pants. HAPPY SALES!
