Black Velvet Victoria Secret Shorts

These shorts are so comfy. They are all black, and velvet with little ruffles along the bottom. The are soft, and just as velvety as they look. The tie is silk, and it makes it so the waist can be tighter if that's what you desire. They are not tight on the thighs and sit perfectly at the hips. Have been lightly worn. 3-5 times. No stains, fraying of edges, or loose stitching.
