Wilfred Besalu Blouse in Scarab Green

Reposhing this item I purchased from @mwhj. Loved it, but it's a touch too small on me. This is a puff sleeve blouse with exaggerated cuffs and a back cutout detail. It's made with satin fabric from Japan that drapes beautifully. Never worn, new with tags.
