1950's vintage embroidered women's top

1950's vintage cotton polyester blend embroidered women's button up shirt. The pocket, collar and along the cuff there is embroidered stitching in a hot pink thread. Grapes over one pocket and an airplane over the other. On the back tulips and field flowers. The question I ask myself is, what does upside down grapes, an airplane, tulips and field flowers all have in common?
