Vintage Black gold & pearl clip-on earrings

Black gold & pearl vintage clip-on earrings from the 80s or 90s. Not sure of origin – but I think St. John (although not marked), as I used to buy a lot from them & these have the St. John look. Locket-like style covered in black velvet or felt surrounded by gold rope. Clip-ons earrings with a pearl in the middle then a tear shaped ball at the bottom. VERY-very lightweight. In beautiful / excellent / pristine condition. 3” from top to bottom x approx. 3/4” wide.
