Vintage 1970's Star Pattern Fabric

Very cool retro pattern that looks like a star quilt design. The edges have been folded under and stitched all the way around. Not sure the material but it's a stiffer material that feels like it would be used for curtains or furniture maybe? It's been preshrunk. It's 55" by 54". There's a stain on one of the white parts.
