NWT Soft Surroundings cold shoulder sweater tunic with crystal shoulder straps. This could also be worn as a short dress! Size Medium Purchased it several years ago, put it away, and forgot about it. Never been worn. Beautiful blush color top with crystals on the shoulder straps in earth tones. The inner lining of the straps is the material of the sweater – so very soft. Would be lovely with white stretchy capris or ankle pants. 70% silk + 30% cotton. (Feels/looks like cashmere).
