Bill Blass Upcycled High Waisted Cutoffs in excellent vintage condition. These are the cutest vintage denim cutoffs in a dark wash, with one spot of distressing and frayed hem. These are 100% rigid cotton jean shorts, so they have no stretch. They are super high rise and perfect for someone with curves or looking for an oversized fit.
