goarmelikyan @dre_michel hello, yes the dress is altered to 5’4 hight, excluding the hight of the heels. It is also altered at the waist, to make it more fitting and defining.

goarmelikyan @ann_koster hello! Yes the dress has been dry-cleaned! it does now have a bustle, but has multiple layers that make it puffy! I can send you more pictures of the dress if you would like! It should work for your hight,my shoes did not even show when i was wearing it with a 4 inch heel.
