ellenchurch @sallen9045 hi! There are no external closures but the shape of the purse generally keeps it closed. There is an inside zip pocket as well

sallen9045 @ellenchurch wow. that's pretty much a deal-breaker b/c I have to have a purse that closes -- unless I can add my own magnets -- does it look like there's room for me to slip a magnet in on both sides at the opening? thank you!

ellenchurch @sallen9045 Hmmm I would say so but it's hard to say, I'm not sure what magnets you would be using. There are some photos that show the inside flaps pretty well

ellenchurch @sallen9045 oh! I think the inside zip part would be low enough that it wouldn’t get in the way of the magnets. The purse is at my moms house and I can have her take a look and confirm

ellenchurch @sallen9045 no worries! Zip part is about 2.5 inches below the top of the rest of the purse so plenty of room to add magnets
