Gorgeous purple, turquoise and blues. Sinch belted tie (within dress) at high waist below bust. Fitted upper body and full sort of A frame body full length to floor. Super comfy. Excellent condition apart from a few tiny rust marks both a function of vintage fabric aging and humidity in Hawaii. I'm going to try to oziclean this before making listing active and fairly certain I'll have success. Any suggestions appreciated. Aloha

mountainsummers I would say taut its 23" I think you could be quite a bit smaller and slightly bigger and it would fit as at the last hook and eye closure there is a tie to close. Hope that helps.
