60s / 70s inspired funky shift dress

This is such a cute little 60s/70s inspired shift dress! The brand is Pink Owl- originally from a boutique. The pattern looks like a vintage scarf- would look super cute with some white gogo boots The quality is outstanding- been worn maybe 3 times. It never wrinkles! Zipper on the side. It is supposed to be loose fitting, so it could fit any size from 0-4 I would say and maybe even 6 I’m not sure.
