60s Black Cocktail Dress | Mid Century MOD Sash Fringe Accent XS

1960s GLAM vintage dress. Fitted bodice, straighter fit skirt with large wide scarf/sash accent (attached) with fringe. 3/4 sleeves, Great Breakfast at Tiffany's style. High neckline with low square back. Offset zipper. Unlined, no shoulder pads. Gussets at armpits, about 2.5" turned up for hem, edged with ribbon, could possibly be let down a couple of inches. LABEL: No labels CONDITION: Good vintage condition, no holes or stains but has some "shine", probably due to fabric content which is most likely rayon, acetate or similar SIZE: unknown, fits like a current XS in my opinion.
