Lovely, FLAWED 60s Black Cocktail Dress w/ Scalloped Keyhole Neckline by Miss Ruth of Hong Kong. Imperfect, but gorgeous. Jet bugle bean neckline. 100% wool. Vintage size 16. Fully lined in black rayon. A few small moth holes (see pix). Zipper needs to be replaced. All vintage garments sold as-is so there may be stains or flaws.
