60s Flowered Fabric Shoes with Big Loop Decorations - De Liso Debs about 8 1/2. These gorgeous shoes were made in the 1960s by De Liso Debs. The uppers are covered in a silk or silk-like fabric with bright flowers in shades of blue, red, green, yellow and purple, on a black ground. The fabric-covered stiffened coils decorating the vamps are the most fun you will find in a shoe decoration! The toes have rounded points and the 2.75" heels are a nice height. No size but I am an 8 and they have still little room so I would say these are 8.5
