60’s Handmade Victorian Edwardian dress

Dreamy Vintage 1960’s Handmade Victorian Edwardian style maxi dress. Off white cotton fabric with raised dots and tiny floral hearts. Short puffed sleeve, has elastic with slight stretch. Rounded neckline, zippered back & eyelet hook. Empire waist with ribbon tie sash. Flat front and gathered fabric on sides and back. Has fully sewn in lining except for sleeves. No stretch. Faint yellow blemishes along seam on back neck and on front skirt , hard to see and not noticeable unless close inspection. Beautifully made. Strong seams, no smells. Suggest size XS. I would relate the size to a Gunne Sax 1 or 3. Modeled on small form, not able to zip.
