original vintage 60s crop top blue and white line print with red and yellow flowers with green leaves speckled throughout. seam at waist then frills out cropped. babydoll capped sleeves and scrunched around gently scooped neckline. by Pandora. looks to be handmade. fits like small/med. vintage but in great condition.
