60s Leaf Print Blue Green Chiffon Maxi Garden Party Dress

1960s vintage dress. Pretty Leaf print with a white background and blue and green leaves. Nylon chiffon maxi garden party dress. Fitted bodice with ruched bust. Sleeveless and back zipper. Inset waist band leads to a gathered, full skirt. Accented on each hip by a panel of free flowing fabric. Bodice is lined with a white acetate while skirt is lined with a natural cotton feeling fabric. There is a detail on the shoulder that I am not certain of its purpose but maybe it is to wrap the skirt panels??? Stamped on the selvage - "designed by ?? for Bernstein-de" No fabric content but feels like nylon. Excellent condition. Measures: No stretch. 36 bust 28 waist 38 hips - defined by the lining. 52 long .
