60s Mr. John Debutante Feather Plume Fedora Hat fancy fedora hat by famed Mr. John for their Debutante collection. made of 100% felted wool and adorned with black + gold ribbon band + feather plume. no marked size. small fit. head circumference is 20 inches. brim measures 11 inches across and 12 inches front to back. theres an inside liner ribbon (not sure what the purpose of this was, its too short to be a chin strap??) which has come unglued. does not affect look/wear. otherwise in excellent condition! ***Remember, vintage items are ONE-OF-A-KIND!
