60’s Party 👗 Dress Bubble Hem Blue and purple floral XSmall True Vintage XS

Super cute blues, purples and lilacs floral patterned vintage dress from the 60’s. Bubble hem. 3/4 sleeve. Sheer on sleeves and chest with a strapless section under sheer overlay. Slight batwing sleeves. Zips up the back with two hook and eye closures, one eye needs to be replaced. Self belt loops but no belt. Otherwise in great condition but has been folded in storage so needs a very good steaming. I’ve never seen anything quite like this before!
