60s Victorian Hollywood regency style deep purple velvet maxi dress S/M

This dress is stunning! Perfect for fall or the holidays. Lovely cream satin ruffle detail at the neckline, short puff sleeves, v-cut waist and a tie back waist. Zipper closure at back. Velvet photographs weird, true color is a deep jewel-toned purple. There are some marks on the velvet that could maybe be smoothed if you’re good at conditioning velvet. Also there are two small areas of discoloration that are surface-level and maybe could be lifted. The dress is so dark they’re not really noticeable. Small age discoloration on ruffle neck at side. Inner lining is a little discolored but you don’t see that. Missing an eye for a hook and eye at the neck that can be replaced easily. Size tag says 13, which is roughly a modern small or smaller medium. Please see measurements!
