60's vintage dark blue hat by Peachbloom Velour. Hat features a cloche style with a tall body and a ribbon and bow detail around the band. Tag notes a size 23", please note that the circumference is approximately 20.5". Imprint notes that the hat is a Merrimac body made of imported fur and union made.
