60s mid mod handmade dress

1960s vintage RARE handmade mid mod dress. With empire waist. Beautiful red and blue floral print. In great condition with a few minor flaws. Has a couple random (pen?) marks on the back that are hardly noticeable with the nature of the print. The hem was sewn by hand.
