60s mod party formal beaded hem dress

Two rows is intricate beading and sequins line the hem of this pretty party dress. Has pilling around the back of the neck, and some staining a few inches above the hem. No size listed. Measurements (taken with garment lying flat): Bust 17.5" Waist 16.5" Hips 19" All my items are gently loved. I do my best to note any flaws. From a household with a cat and a dog. 🙀
