60s or 70s 100% Rayon Horse Themed Scarf

RN 19935 - According to the FTC Textile Database this is registered to Amtel Inc. Made in Japan 100% rayon, hand rolled The color is yellow but more of a mustard color (photo’s 4 & 5). Last photo shows a green dot on the back side of the scarf. It does show on the front side. As this was an estate sale find I don’t know what it is. Else-wise in good condition.
