60’s possibly earlier white/blue embroidered floral shirt size S Jubilee of Ny

This is a cute very vintage blouse/ shirt with only one label photo#4. Last two photos show the garment outdoors in the sun. In excellent vintage condition. No fabric content listed but I would say it’s cotton . Pearlized white buttons. Peter Pan collar. Sleeves that are 3/4 rolled up as shown in cover photo.Only label says styled by Jubilee NY. Could not find out anything about the company but other tops blouses have been on POSHMARK and eBay. Sewn darts at bust and at waist which is fitted. Well made and in excellent vintage condition.No flaws, stains. All buttons intact and snap at top works! Measurements; pit to pit is 18 inches Waist is 15.5 inches =31 Would say it’s a size S to Ex small Sleeve length uncuffed 17 inches cuffed 15 and from center back to hem is 19 inches long
