60's style pin up dress

Hello! This is a 60's style pin up dress with glitter Zero and Jack on the pockets. It's labeled as a 2X but runs very small, I would say it's more of a women's Large. It's new with tags and doesn't have any staining or flaws. This is another item I never got to wear and now doesn't fit. Measurements laying flat: Pit to Pit: 21 inches Waist: 19 inches
