60's vintage party dress Audrey Hepburn look

I purchased this dress in 1980 at a fund raising event in Dallas and it has been one of my favorites in my vintage collection but it does have a couple of small areas of wear which I have photographed. One is under the right arm and the other is on the back near the hem. Refer to photos #4 and #5. Inspection of construction leads me to believe it was altered before I purchased it so I will list the measurements. Waist: 29 in, Bust: 42 in, Hip 38 in, waist to hem: 27 in.
