This is one of my favorite dresses,it looks real good with boots or heels. Looks good without vest very cute .Vest ties in front making a bow at waistline.bottom of vest has 4 large pleats. Has no tages has a round neckline. Shoulder to shoulder 16" bust 38" waist 32"full length 32"
