60’s-ish Hot Pink, vintage dress

60s-ish Hot Pink! The tie under the bust measures 29-30”, the bust measures 34”, the measurements from shoulder to bottom of hemline is about 36”. There are no tags, size, brand, fabric information. It’s unclear if it handmade because if it was, the craftsmanship is great! It has a pink metal zipper. I’ve included photos of any discoloration; one on the shoulder and the bottom of the ties. P.S.
