Juliet Dunn Tie Shoulder Dress NWOT

Blue and white tie shoulder dress, 100% cotton, fully lined. Never worn. Size 3 is out of 1, 2, & 3 and I’d say fits like a size 6-8 or Medium. Selling for full price as it’s sold out everywhere, and never been worn. If it doesn’t sell for this price, I’d like to keep it. Fitted in the chest area and loose everywhere else.
