@angeliqueing113 Hi. I am US 8 but I can wear anything from 38.5 to 39.5 in designer shoes. I suggest you go to the store and try them on, as given the height of this shoe, there is a bit of spacing in the back. These would slip out of my foot after my foot became comfortable in them, but I am not sure a 38.5 would fit me, if that makes sense.... the last picture is measured from the point to heel...
