Bought in the early 2000’s—Black pencil midi skirt with lacy trimmed hem & back slit. Gives a “lingerie” vibe to me with the lacy edges and slit as well as the smooth material but it isn’t, it’s definitely a skirt. In very good condition. Brand: Claudia Richard. 90% nylon, 10% spandex. Very stretchy! Pull on skirt (no zippers or buttons) No size tag but I’d estimate it to be about a Women’s Large. Please see pics for measurements & keep in mind waist band is very stretchy.

careofretro @ignoredchaos Sure! I added a photo of the waist measurement taken flat (so double for total). As you can see it sits naturally at about 14” flat. That being said, it is just elastic so is very stretchy.
