Perfect over dresses and can be dressed up and down. 100% silk. Very very good condition due to the fabric quality. It’s a size 12 bc our family has long arms - ! My mom confirmed it's late 90s and amazing condition for vintage. I always felt it fit like a 10 as some clothes were smaller back then. 😉
