Last chance!! Vintage red and white polka dot dress by Toni Todd

Fab authentic vintage look with this Toni Todd. No belt included- minor pilling appropriate to its age and this fabric. See last photo. I’m guessing this would best fit size 6-8. I’m more of a 8-10 and it’s a bit snug. There are no material or size tags on it. See photos for measurements. Waist elastic does stretch when asked nicely 😉. Fabric is not stretchy.
