lisakelly01 @hannahplotnek ok 85% cotton2% elastin, 23% polyester15%polymide.the vest is not scratchy there is steal different materials used for the crochet , lace and then the sweater material. The sweater I knit is the majority of the make of the vest with the lace and crochet accents.
