These Chicos loose fit shorts button in front but have back elastic waist. Side zippered pocket. Sits appx at top of knee or unroll for a cropped Capri look. Waist 15” inches. Length 21” top to bottom. Sits at belly button. 9” crotch to top. Worn minimal. Never put in dryer. The loose fit seemed big on me so I rebought in a smaller size.
