Vintage Japna tan / mauve short sleeve dress

Purchased this dress thinking it was brown with orange undertones, but it is more of a light brown with pink undertones. Still pretty, sizing is a true XS. For reference, I am slightly under 5 ft tall. I will be happy to provide measurements, just ask!
