Laurence Dacade boots, brand new, size 38. Runs small and narrow

I bought those boots online a few years ago. I LOVE them but they ended up being too small. I think those would be good for regular size 7.5 or even 7. Narrow feet probably as well. Never wore them, only tried on at home multiple times. Have the original box which got a little squished when we were moving last month.
