IZ Byer California green brown and white v-neck wrap blouse says it’s size XL (16) but I think it runs small or is a crop shirt. Where it crosses over is stitched and end is gathered in an O type buckle. Silky type blouse has 3/4 sleeves. It has a tie-dye look with butterflies all over. Made in USA. Tag with materials was cut off. Most likely 100% polyester. Wrap over part is stitched but no hem. Armpit to armpit is 14.5” and stretches to about 18” across front. Shoulder to hem is 17” long.
