wellesley311 @slamz0124 Hi, the coat was professionally cleaned, so all small stains are gone, however after cleaning the lines on the back of the coat became more visible, they are not scratches, but permanent lines formed from creasing. If it's fine with you I'll accept $400, which is lower than your counter offer. See last two pictures.

slamz0124 @wellesley311 I’m really glad you said something. I am not detail oriented enough when purchasing and am a bit impulsive. I’m so sad this happened! I’d be so pissed if I were you at the cleaning place you took it to. Honestly with those marks the most I’ll pay is $350.00. I’m willing to wait to find the right one otherwise. Again thank you for letting me know seriously grateful
