NWT - beautiful holiday red sequins formal evening gown with a V back & sash. This dress has a zipper back. The sequins dresses do not have much give you may need to size up please verify your measurements on the chart to locate the correct sizing !!! Please look at last pictures posted on how to measure and the measurement chart. All designers run differently. The chart posted matches my dresses. The picture of the 28” waist posted is for the size 8 dress- you can see the measurements match the chart.
