maraowen Thanks for providing measurements! Is the 20" across chest measured inside or outside the jacket? Just making sure it will fit! I am a size 6 (small) but with winter jackets sometimes end up with a med. Thanks!

birdiethompson @maraowen hello! Thank you for your interest. I’m so sorry for the delay- I was not at home. It is 20” armpit to armpit on the outside (zipped and buttoned).
